What You'll Bring: Minimum Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.4+ years of legal practice experience focused in commercial banking law, payments processing, fintech/financial services, or lending/advance products.Strong understanding of U.S. payments regulations, lending and loan brokering laws, AML/CTF, NACHA regulations and credit card network rules, deposit-taking, and commercial finance regulatory frameworks.Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements, and managing complex legal matters across multiple jurisdictions.
