Customer Service Representative - Lumberton, NJ

Job Summary The major objective for this position is to provide essential elements of support for the Inside Sales Staff and Sales Management Team, while learning the key areas of our business in hopes of positioning yourself for future growth within the organization. The Customer Service position is responsible for order entry and maintenance, reporting, backlog review, and providing overall support of the sales team. The Customer Service Representative interacts with company customers by relaying order status information and helping to resolve customer complaints. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Order Entry. Order Maintenance. Customer Open order reports. Expedites. Credit and Rebills. RMA requests. Sample Orders. Create proforma invoices. Update customer portals. Develop solid working relationships with all internal key support teams. Other duties as assigned. Before you start the journey, it's important that you have the roadmap.
