Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Earn $40 an hour as a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant at The Shores, a UMC community in Ocean City, NJ. Work day shifts on your schedule, with weekend shifts available if you want extra hours. What You'll Do Deliver therapy interventions and exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist residents with mobility, strengthening, balance, and functional activity programs Monitor resident progress and communicate updates or concerns to the Physical Therapist Encourage and support residents throughout their rehabilitation journey Complete accurate and timely treatment documentation in accordance with community and state requirements What You'll Need Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active, unrestricted Physical Therapy Assistant license in New Jersey Prior experience in a sub-acute rehab or home health therapy setting Comfortable working with older adults in a skilled nursing or short-term rehab setting Preferred: Familiarity with Net Health Therapy documentation software Pay and Benefits $40.00 per hour, per diem Flexible scheduling: day shifts, with weekend shifts available if you want extra hours Schedule Per diem, day shifts, with weekend shifts available if you want extra hours.
