Oracle ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP Project Manager with deep expertise in both Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Financial modules. The ideal candidate will lead and manage full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and hands-on project management skills to drive successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements, focusing on SCM and Financials.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, scope, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with technical teams for system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing business processes within the ERP framework.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate training and support for end users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security protocols throughout the ERP lifecycle.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Project Manager, specifically with SCM and Financials modules.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional Oracle modules like Procurement, Manufacturing, or Order Management.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and provide scalable ERP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with third-party integration and data migration.
