Oracle ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP Project Manager with deep expertise in both Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Financial modules. The ideal candidate will lead and manage full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and hands-on project management skills to drive successful outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements, focusing on SCM and Financials.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions.
• Oversee project timelines, scope, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with technical teams for system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing business processes within the ERP framework.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate training and support for end users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security protocols throughout the ERP lifecycle.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Project Manager, specifically with SCM and Financials modules.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) is a plus.
• Familiarity with additional Oracle modules like Procurement, Manufacturing, or Order Management.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and provide scalable ERP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with third-party integration and data migration.
