Oracle ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle ERP Project Manager with deep expertise in both Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Financial modules. The ideal candidate will lead and manage full-cycle Oracle ERP implementations, upgrades, and optimizations while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives. This role demands strong leadership, communication, and hands-on project management skills to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Oracle ERP implementations and enhancements, focusing on SCM and Financials.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions.
Oversee project timelines, scope, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate with technical teams for system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations for optimizing business processes within the ERP framework.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Facilitate training and support for end users to maximize system adoption and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security protocols throughout the ERP lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience as an Oracle ERP Project Manager, specifically with SCM and Financials modules.
Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP or E-Business Suite (EBS) functionality.
Strong project management skills, including experience with methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) is a plus.
Familiarity with additional Oracle modules like Procurement, Manufacturing, or Order Management.
Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and provide scalable ERP solutions.
Hands-on experience with third-party integration and data migration.
