Cost Accountant

Looking for more than just month-end close and reporting? This role puts you at the center of manufacturing operations, partnering with engineering, purchasing, sales, and leadership to drive profitability, costing accuracy, and business decisions. What You'll Do Own product costing, BOM structures, labor and material analysis Analyze inventory, labor variances, and cost of sales performance Support month-end close, audits, and SOX compliance activities Develop and maintain standard costs, labor rates, and burden rates Partner with purchasing, engineering, and sales on cost and pricing changes Provide reporting and analysis that drives operational decision-making What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of manufacturing finance/accounting experience Strong cost accounting and inventory analysis background Advanced Excel skills (SAP experience preferred) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into the numbers, influencing business decisions, and working closely with plant operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr iRiS Recruiting Solutions
