1 year of experience in a medical office required. Bilingual required for translation.

THIS POSITION ROTATES BETWEEN 2 LOCATIONS

Our Medical Assistants perform a variety of tasks and procedures In a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient in translating and must perform with great attention to detail, meeting daily time requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Assigned to support 1 specialty provider, execute provider orders, and follow instructions given by providers and management.
• Translate during visits for all Spanish-speaking patients.
• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner for efficient department function.
• Rotation to operate in multiple clinics in Monterey and Salinas.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting and graduated from a Medical Assistant course.
• Must have excellent Attendance and be reliable with minimal absenteeism.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask with accuracy.
• Must be detailed in performing job duties and maintain full attention.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and get along well with others and in a team.
