Requirements:

• Experience working with your hands relevant experience could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Hiring Process:

• Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants.
• Within 72 hours: We'll schedule an in-person interview.

Duties:

• In the field daily generally complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day.
• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff.
• Update progress on repairs by entering information and notes on our CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Communicate with the support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process.
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity in a variety of settings like apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.

We focus on saving our customers time, money, and materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
