Office Receptionist

Our client, a professional law office, is seeking an Office Receptionist to join their team. As an Office Receptionist, you will be part of the administrative support team, providing essential services to clients and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information, which will align successfully with the organization's values.

Job Title: Office Receptionist

Location: Marquette, Michigan

Pay Range: $16.00 per Hour

Shift: Full-time, Monday-Friday position (Friday hours are 9-2pm)

What's the Job?

• Greet clients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar effectively.
• Handle general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive financial information.

What's Needed?

• Must be reliable and presentable, reflecting the professionalism of the office.
• Confidentiality is a must; experience in handling sensitive information is preferred.
• A criminal background check is required for this position.
• Availability for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday (with Friday hours from 9 AM to 2 PM).
• This is a temp-to-perm position.
