Clinical Nutrition - Clinical Dietitian

Shift: MondayFriday, 08001700

Assignment length: 13 weeks Guaranteed hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks

Requirements:

• Certification: RD or RDN required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred, with experience in enteral and parenteral nutrition
• Valid state license preferred; pending license accepted
• Epic charting experience preferred

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform nutrition assessments and evaluations for a wide range of patient populations, including neonates through geriatrics.
• Develop and implement therapeutic diet plans based on individual patient needs and medical conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to provide comprehensive nutritional care.
• Monitor and reassess patient nutritional statuses and modify care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on dietary modifications and nutrition-related topics.

Compliance / Notes:

• Must be willing to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year).
• Time off requests are approved case-by-case; all requested time off must be included with submission.
• Submission requirements include SSN, DOB, copy of certifications, and documented Epic experience.
• Vaccine policy: COVID-19 vaccine not required; only Hep B vaccine accepted.
