RTO - No RTO within first 2 weeks. Max 7 days of RTO. Must include all RTO with submission. Oregon State License or proof of OR License application/fingerprints required with submission. References 1 Charge, Supervisor, or Manager reference required with submission. Preferably within last year. Background Hits NO Felony hits. Must include traveler statement and WA with submission. Return Staff Policy 1 year separation rule.
