Job Description

** Role Overview **

Manage end-to-end Shopify operations, product merchandising, and sample logistics for Final Kut from the Kloth. This role bridges the gap between digital merchandising, factory coordination, and influencer marketing.

** Key Responsibilities **

Shopify & E-commerce Operations

Style Setup: Handle inventory checks, image uploads, product tagging, and publishing.
Merchandising: Organize product assortments to ensure accurate presentation across categories.
Data Configuration: Set up and manage category metafields.
Order Tracking: Update tracker orders based on delivery timelines.
Customer Support: Assist customer service teams with product-related inquiries.
UGC & Tagging ** : ** Maintain product tagging and update UGC-related styles for gifting.

** Delivery & Inventory Planning **

Picture Planner: Create Picture Planner documents for all incoming deliveries.
Shopify Imports: Import delivery data directly into Shopify.
Markdown Management ** : ** Assist with monthly markdowns, including tagging and pricing updates.

** Sample & Product Management **

Media Prep: Pull and prepare samples for Live Shows, Style Sessions, ecomm shoots, and social shoots.
Sample Organization: Manage ecomm samples by delivery to ensure shoot readiness.
Factory Packages: Receive and process factory packages (SMS, fit samples, trims, fabric approvals).
Partner Samples: Handle TOP buyer samples for key partners like Stitch Fix and Evereve.
Factory Liaison ** : ** Coordinate with factories and email James to confirm receipt of goods for payment release.

** Influencer Gifting **

Shipments: Submit influencer gifting shipments and log tracking information.
