Worldwide manufacturer of extensive line of maintenance, repair and supply products to customers in over 55 countries worldwide is looking a Distribution Expeditor / Coordinator for facility in Greenville, TX, water treatment facility.

Summary: Reporting to the Distribution Manager, the Distribution Expeditor / Coordinator will join our team to support a dynamic and ever changing manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities: Primary duties:

• Understand load planning of routes and trailers specific to what is shipping that week
• Communicate with transportation, sales, and customer aid groups both internally and externally
• Monitor the Outboard and communicate as needed
• Manage ship holds
• Expedite and monitor orders through strong communication
• Process ship confirms and end of day in Precision Review Stock/Export shipments and process paperwork
• Understand and process batches within ERP system
• Investigate and respond to CARE issues
• Calculate and log Carrier performance for plant

Knowledge in ERP systems, preferably Oracle

Knowledge in scan guns for pool shipments and load planning

Knowledge in DOT requirements

Other duties as needed:

• Check Freight Load trailers
• Safety Inspections
• Cycle Count/Physical Inventory
• System testing
