Billing Clerk
Port City Nissan is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Clerk to join our award-winning dealership in Portsmouth, NH. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting dealership billing, titling, and payoff processes.
Responsibilities
- Bill vehicle deals accurately and in a timely manner
- Process and manage vehicle titles
- Communicate with state agencies regarding title and registration matters
- Manage lien and payoff processing
- Maintain compliance with dealership and state requirements
- Ensure accuracy and organization of all billing and title documentation
Qualifications
- Previous titling experience
- Automotive dealership experience preferred
- Dealertrack experience a plus
- MaximTrak experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
