Responsibilities and Duties

Perform client intake assessments
Sign-off on client care plans for VA department (if applicable)
Assign client care plans
Assist with caregiver training and orientations
+ other duties

Qualifications and Skills

Caregiving experience preferred
A passion to help others
Superior interpersonal skills
Effective communication skills
Unwavering patience
Willing to travel
Pass a background check
Active RN license
