CMM Inspector Full Time Technical Farmington, CT, US Requisition ID: 1033 | 30+ days ago Salary Range: $21.00 to $28.00 Hourly Education High School Diploma or GED Skills 1 year of inspection of metal aerospace parts (preferred) Shop Math, use of precision measurement instruments (preferred) Ability to use CMM equipment and manual gauges (preferred) Ability to read blueprints and drawings (preferred) PC-DMIS, Quindos, Clypso (preferred) Experience 1-3 years of relevant job experience (preferred) Job Responsibilities Follow procedures for the proper use of CMM equipment to measure incoming airfoils from different areas of production and inspection. Review and understand CMM reports. Split Travelers and maintain the integrity of Travelers in the MRP System. Address issues regarding CMM reports and machine functionality to Inspection Lead. Maintain the required average shift inspection total. Communicate between shifts through maintaining the communications log book. Detect and report faulty operations of CMM equipment, defective materials and unusual matters to proper supervision. Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition. Follow prescribed and standard safety regulations. Perform other duties as assigned by supervision. Tuesday – Thursday from 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
