Payroll AdministratorCapital Automotive Group is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role plays an important part in making sure our employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.If you're someone who thrives on accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and getting the details right, we'd love to meet you!What You'll Be DoingEnter and maintain accurate payroll data, including employee information, hours worked, deductions, and other payroll-related detailsCalculate and process employee wages, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and other compensationProcess payroll accurately and timely in accordance with established deadlinesReview payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as neededGenerate payroll reports for management, accounting, and regulatory purposesMaintain accurate payroll records and documentationPartner closely with Human Resources and Finance to ensure payroll information is accurate and seamlessly integrated across departmentsStay current on applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws and payroll regulationsMaintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee and payroll informationSupport payroll-related questions and assist with research and resolution of payroll issuesPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking For3+ years of payroll experienceExperience with ADP Workforce Now and/or ADP Lyric preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesStrong working knowledge of PC operations and business applicationsExperience with CDK and/or Reynolds & Reynolds is a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretionStrong problem-solving skills and a commitment to getting the details rightWhat We OfferCompetitive PayFlexible Working HoursHealth InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO) & Sick Leave401(k)Continued Education & Professional Development OpportunitiesA collaborative, people-focused work environmentOpportunities to grow your career with a growing organizationWhy Capital?With 20+ automotive and powersports franchises and more than 1,500 employees, Capital Automotive Group is more than a company — we're a community.
