Responsibilities Coaching staff to deliver amazing customer service Producing high quality food Delivering the Jersey Mike’s experience Cash handling Following the Learning Management System Training Program Developing others for career growth Enforcing policies and procedures Participating in local and national marketing initiatives Building sales Maintaining cleanliness and proper sanitation practices Certifying in all four positions of the restaurant Effective communication Having a sense of urgency Expectations Move or transport up to 50 lbs without assistance unless medical notation Work 38-40 hours per week Have ability to get to and from work Communicate with GM/AGM/DM of any issues Lead by example: quality of food, customer service, clean uniform Create food consistent with standards Maintain restaurant cleanliness Work in fast-paced team-driven atmosphere Ability to multitask with sense of urgency Interface with customers and provide exceptional experience Full understanding of accountability and integrity Key holder Perform all tasks related to opening and closing store Know how to bake bread and perform all prep Manage and lead crew of 2-5 people Proficient in slicing Qualifications Education: High school degree or equivalent 1 year QSR experience preferred Must be 18 years or older to operate slicer Serve Safe Certification - Food Handler Must have reliable transportation Compensation To be discussed #J-18808-Ljbffr 6043 Jersey Mike's Chesapeake Square
