Job Overview A law firm seeks a Financial Market Associate for its Miami office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial markets, with a focus on complex leveraged finance and asset-based lending transactions. The role involves significant client interaction and teamwork. Duties Represent lenders and borrowers in complex financial transactions. Assume high‑level structuring and drafting responsibilities. Manage deals from inception to completion. Engage in significant client interaction. Collaborate effectively within a team environment. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in a large firm setting preferred. Proficiency in managing complex financial transactions. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. Skills Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
