Now Hiring: Heavy Equipment Spotter/Flagger

Are you safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable working around heavy equipment? We're looking for a Heavy Equipment Spotter/Flagger to help maintain safe operations on active construction and industrial job sites.

What You'll Do

Guide operators of excavators, dozers, loaders, and other heavy equipment during operations

Direct backing, dumping, loading, and tight-clearance maneuvers

Maintain constant awareness of personnel, equipment, and site hazards

Communicate clearly with equipment operators using standard hand signals and verbal communication

Help ensure a safe and productive work environment

Assist with general site duties as needed

Requirements

OSHA 10 Certification Required

Knowledge of hand signals used around heavy equipment

Strong communication and situational awareness skills

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Strong commitment to job site safety

Preferred Qualifications

Previous construction, excavation, or industrial site experience

Experience working around heavy equipment operations

Traffic control or flagging experience
