Effectively manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Confidently use hand and power tools relevant to the trade. Demonstrate a strong understanding of millwork installation practices, materials, and techniques. Proficiently read and interpret drawings. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in cabinet/millwork installation, joinery, finish carpentry, or related trade. Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Outstanding attitude, strong work ethic, and high commitment levels. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality. Proactive communication style and ability to effectively collaborate with the team. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating quality finished products.
