As part of a second-generation leadership transition, the firm is investing in long-term growth and seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor to support senior advisors while developing into a lead advisory role over time. This is an excellent opportunity for a service-oriented advisor who enjoys client interaction, financial planning, and investment research in a collaborative team environment. Support senior advisors in client meetings, follow-ups, and relationship management Assist with onboarding new clients, including paperwork, planning inputs, and communication Prepare and update financial plans; coordinate with CPAs, estate attorneys, and insurance professionals Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients and provide timely service support Contribute to investment research, committee materials, and client reporting Assist with portfolio implementation and performance review What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related field CFP®, CFA®, CPA, and/or CIMA preferred (or in progress) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable communicating with clients and professional partners Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Series 65/66 required (or obtained upon hire) Why Join Employee-owned firm with long-term career path to senior advisor Profit-sharing and revenue-sharing opportunities as you grow Competitive benefits and hybrid work schedule Supportive, team-oriented culture with strong mentorship #J-18808-Ljbffr
