Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This is a dynamic, full-time contract opportunity offering 37.5 hours per week in an engaging educational environment near Mount Gilead, OH. You’ll work closely with students, families, and a supportive team, serving a manageable caseload of up to 80 students.

Your expertise will provide a lasting impact as you help students achieve their communication goals, build confidence, and access their education more fully. Whether you hold an SLP-CCC credential or are completing your CFY, your dedication will be valued and your skills honed in a collaborative, growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Ohio SLP license required
• SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcome
• Experience with high school students preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to high school students
• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Assess, diagnose, and document speech/language and communication disorders
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists for comprehensive support
• Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide ongoing feedback and strategies to teachers and caregivers
• Support students’ academic and social development through targeted intervention
