Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.

Encouragement and support for continued education and specialized certifications.

Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.

Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is essential.
