• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individualized therapy, as well as family and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate client goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when necessary, ensuring clients feel secure and supported.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, demonstrating a commitment to transparency and accountability.

• Facilitate psychoeducation classes and support groups aimed at empowering clients with knowledge and skills for better mental health management.
