If you're looking for a place where your skills are valued and you can make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!Job Duties:Support the HVAC team with the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on both new construction projects and retrofit/changeout jobs.Excellent communication with homeownersBeing on time, reliable, and a team player dailyAbility to keep track of tools and be well-organizedBe self-sufficient and willing to learnTake pride in your work - maintain a clean working space and make things look like they should be on display at a storeMaintain a professional appearanceRequirements:1-2 years of experience in HVAC or similar trade is preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to acquire EPA certificationMechanical knowledge and ability are a plusAbility to operate power and hand tools safelyKnowledge of building science principles or a willingness to learn themStellar mechanical aptitude and a problem-solving mentalityAn awesome attitude and is a great team player!Candidates will be required to pass a drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
