- Assess patients in a variety of clinical settings, crafting individualized treatment plans that cater to specific needs
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions that enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall functionality
- Engage in teamwork with nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation staff to improve patient outcomes
- Instruct patients and their families on therapy objectives, discharge procedures, and at-home exercise regimens
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress in alignment with facility protocols
- Partake in interdisciplinary team rounds and conferences to ensure cohesive patient care
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or comparable qualification from an accredited institution
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification preferred
- Any specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are advantageous but not mandatory
- Preferred prior experience in a clinical setting
- Capability to address patients with intricate medical conditions and mobility challenges
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
