Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist tattoo artists with administrative tasks as needed.
• Manage client records and ensure confidentiality.
• Promote studio services and products to enhance customer experience.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of tattoo culture is a plus.
• Proficient in using computer systems and scheduling software.
• Friendly demeanor with a passion for customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
