Position Leasing Consultant Responsibilities Property leasing and administration, including showing, leasing, and moving in prospective residents. Conduct daily onsite attendance and manage lease paperwork before move‑in. Assist with lease audits, walk‑throughs, and turnover processes. Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, responding to leads within 24 hours. Utilize sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic and achieve leasing goals. Perform administrative tasks as needed. Handle resident complaints, concerns, and requests to ensure satisfaction. Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs. Contribute to the upkeep and cleaning of office, common areas, and model units. Implement annual marketing outreach and conduct market surveys/analyses. Manage customer service, monitor service request turnaround, and project a favorable image of the community. Enforce community policies as delegated by the immediate supervisor. Education / Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent. Basic computer skills and ability to perform all on‑site software functions. Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Physical Requirements Regular movement about the work area, including walking, standing, and sitting for prolonged periods. Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and step stools; sometimes operate machinery or power tools. Move objects up to 25 lbs and perform tasks in various environments, including tight, enclosed, and outdoor spaces, and in extreme temperatures. Occasional overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies). Salary $12 per hour to $15 per hour. Compensation and Benefits Full‑time employees receive a comprehensive total rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental, and disability insurance, 401(k) with employer matching, and commission and performance bonuses when applicable.
