Medical Front Desk Receptionist- Float
$500 Bonus Offered

We are seeking an experienced, full-time Medical Front Desk Float to join our busy, fast-paced multi-specialty practice, providing front desk support across our office locations based on coverage needs.

Job Summary:

• Patient registration.
• Appointment scheduling.
• Check-in and check-out.
• Answer phones.
• Product/service sales.

Skills:

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive and upbeat personality.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
• Ability to multitask.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).

Training:

• On-the-job training offered.

Requirements:

• Flexible work schedule, with start times as early as 7:45 AM and end times as late as 6:30 PM, based on coverage needs.
• Reliable transportation.
• Travel to all office locations as needed; Danbury, Ridgefield & New Milford.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, with shifts scheduled between 7:45 AM and 6:30 PM. Work hours vary based on coverage needs.

Compensation:

• Salary based on experience.
• $500 bonus.
