Marketing Specialist

Position Summary The Marketing Specialist supports the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives that enhance Target Hospitality's brand visibility, generate customer engagement, and support business development efforts. This role is primarily responsible for coordinating events, managing social media channels,creatingand distributing contentfor marketing and sales enablement, and supporting marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter withstrong communicationskills, creativity, and a passion for storytelling, events, and digital marketing. Core Responsibilities Event Marketing & Trade Shows Coordinate and execute industry conferences, trade shows, customer events, and corporate sponsorships. Manage eventlogisticsincluding registration, promotional materials, signage, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up. Support pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize attendance and engagement. Track event performance metrics and provide recommendations for future improvements. Maintain event calendars and collaborate with sales and business development teams on event strategies. Social Media Management Develop, schedule, and publish content across company social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Monitor social media engagement andrespondor elevate inquiries whenappropriate. Support the development of social media campaigns that increase brand awareness,audience engagement, and lead generation. Track social media performance and recommend optimization opportunities based on analytics and industry trends. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social platforms. Content Development Create and edit marketing content including blogs, customer success stories, case studies, email campaigns, presentations, videos, and sales collateral. Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to develop content that highlights Target Hospitality's solutions, projects, and industryexpertise. Support website content updates and optimization initiatives. Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, messaging guidelines, and businessobjectives. Maintain a library of marketing assets and content resources. Marketing Campaign Support Assistwith the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Coordinate with sales and business development teams to support lead-generation initiatives. Help develop marketing materials that support customer acquisition, retention, and account growth. Gather and report basic performance metrics across campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities. Identifyopportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. Desired Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in marketing, communications, event marketing, or digital marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience coordinating trade shows, conferences, or corporate events. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiencywith Microsoft Office,Canvaor similar. Preferred experience managing social media platforms in a business environment. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is preferred. Basic understanding of analytics and performance reporting.
