Who is a proven, district-licensed administrator with administrative experience and a thorough understanding of the management of district finance, facilities, curriculum, and Arkansas school law. Who has a vision for student success and desires to make the academic performance and achievement of a school district a focused priority. Who believes in an open-door policy and is both personable and approachable with the willingness to be visible and involved in the district and the community served by the Mount Ida SchoolDistrict. Who has the ability to effectively communicate the goals and expectations of the district, as well as being open-minded and an objective listener of the various constituent stakeholders of the district.
