Job Description
A leading U.S. manufacturer of fiberglass insulation products is seeking a Sewing Machine Operator for its Gastonia facility. In this role, you will operate a sewing machine to sew fabric around fiberglass insulation while ensuring finished products meet quality expectations. You will also pick and pack completed products for shipment. This opportunity is well suited to a dependable team member who is willing to learn and interested in career growth.
Responsibilities
- Operate a sewing machine to sew fabric around fiberglass insulation
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Identify and report product quality concerns
- Pick and pack completed products for shipment
- Work collaboratively with production team members

The base pay range for this position is $15.00hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
