We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer Lead with deep hands-on experience in React, Next.js , and Micro Frontend architectures to lead frontend development initiatives for our client, Tractor Supply Company (TSC). Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer Lead with deep hands-on experience in React, Next.js , and Micro Frontend architectures to lead frontend development initiatives for our client, Tractor Supply Company (TSC). This role demands both strong technical delivery and leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, modular frontend applications using React and Next.js.
- Implement and manage Micro Frontend strategies for complex enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Drive code quality through code reviews, best practices, and mentoring developers.
- Ensure alignment with TSC's digital and technical roadmap.
- 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Expert in React.js and Next.js with strong understanding of SSR and CSR.
- Proven experience designing and implementing Micro Frontend architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD, Git, and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in retail or eCommerce environments.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
