Job Overview ProSidian seeks a Leading Without Authority Training Course Instructor for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract. The role is a hybrid position (on/off client site and virtual) located primarily in the Southeast (Fort Bragg, NC) with support across the U.S. East Coast. Responsibilities Develop lesson plans and facilitate classroom and virtual instruction. Conduct assessments, provide coaching and feedback, and support curriculum updates. Deliver 1‑Day Instructor‑Led Training (8 hours) or virtual engagements focused on influencing without formal authority. Desired Qualifications 5–10+ years of professional training, facilitation, instructional delivery, or military/civilian workforce development experience. Experience in the DOD/Military sector, ideally with functional and technical expertise. Strong facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, and assessment skills. Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; instructional certifications preferred. 5–10+ years of professional training or related experience. Alignment with functional and technical requirements in the DOD/Military sector. Skills Professional and management development training initiatives. Facilitation, adult learning, communication, curriculum delivery, virtual instruction, assessment. Ancillary Details Integrates LMS platforms, audio/visual technologies, interactive exercises, and performance‑based learning methodologies. Role typically delivers content as a Subject Matter Expert/Instructor II, aligned with NAICS 611430 – Professional and Management Development Training. Requires expertise in influence without positional authority, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, persuasion, relationship management, and collaborative leadership. Other Details NACI eligibility required; supports USARC CPMO Civilian Leadership & Development Program with in‑person and virtual delivery.
