Director of Operating RoomThe Director of OR manages daily operations of the Operating room and PACU. Directs and supervises functions and activities; interprets policies, procedures, standards and regulations as appropriate. Partners with Medical Staff to ensure the quality and productivity of surgical services operations at South Arkansas Regional Hospital.Qualifications/ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.Experience: Five years O.R. experience. Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience. Minimum 3 years staff experienceOther Skills: Certification in Operating Room nursing desired. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
