Shift Manager – High-Volume McDonald's Restaurants Location(s) Coopersburg Easton – 3rd Street, Route 248 Hellertown Quakertown 309 & 663 and PA Turnpike Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Shift Manager with fast‑food or quick‑service restaurant experience to lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts. The Shift Manager plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while ensuring strong execution of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards. This position reports to the General Manager and supports the development and performance of crew members. Key Responsibilities Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. Execute daily shift plans, including staffing, deployment, and readiness. Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and sanitation standards. Monitor performance throughout the shift and take corrective action as needed. Maintain high standards of quality food production and cleanliness. Enforce cash-handling policies, security procedures, and opening/closing checklists. Coach, train, and motivate crew members through hands‑on leadership. Address customer concerns professionally and effectively. Ensure lobby, restrooms, kitchen, and service areas remain clean and organized. Communicate clearly with the management team regarding shift outcomes and issues. Act as a role model by leading with integrity, urgency, and teamwork. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of fast‑food or QSR management or supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Working knowledge of food safety, cash handling, and shift operations. Ability to coach and lead a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment. MUST HAVE 2+ years of fast‑food experience and management or trainer experience. Must be 18+ years of age or older and hold a valid driver’s license. Serve Safe Certificate. Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ preferred depending on shift responsibilities).
