\n Automation Personnel Services is looking for a  Bilingual  Line Leader for a company based in Moody, AL. You will have the opportunity to join a supportive team, gain valuable experience, and enjoy opportunities for growth in a stable, fast-paced work environment.\n

\n Pay Rate \n
\n $22.00 to $23.00 per hour\n

\n
\n

\n Schedule and Hours \n
\n Monday through Friday, 6 00 am to 2 45 pm.\n

\n
\n

\n Bilingual   Line Leader   Duties and Responsibilities \n

\n
• Lead and direct a team of production employees on assigned production lines.
\n
• Ensure production schedules, quotas, and deadlines are met.
\n
• Monitor product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
\n
• Verify proper setup, operation, and changeovers of production equipment.
\n
• Train new employees on safety procedures, quality standards, and job responsibilities.
\n
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance of line employees.
\n

\n Bilingual   Line Leader   Qualifications  and Requirements \n

\n
• Must be fluent in Spanish and english
\n
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
\n
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience required.
\n
• Prior leadership, lead operator, or supervisory experience preferred.
\n
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
\n
• Basic computer and paperwork documentation skills.
\n
