Work Environment

The role of Physical Therapist at our rehabilitation facility involves working from Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule that accommodates approximately 40 hours each week. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, safe, and compassionate care in both acute and outpatient settings, ensuring adherence to established clinical protocols.

• Implement individualized treatment programs for assigned patients, based on comprehensive assessments and established treatment plans created in collaboration with the healthcare team.

• Conduct thorough evaluations that include reviewing patient histories, performing specific assessments, and providing clear recommendations based on clinical findings.

• Develop and execute effective discharge planning and follow-up care strategies while ensuring timely and accurate documentation of patient interactions across various stages of care.

• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and complete necessary training related to corporate and clinical services to maintain compliance and enhance professional skills.

• Assess, treat, and coordinate care for patients requiring physical therapy services, meticulously documenting clinical justifications for treatments provided.

• Maintain open lines of communication with patients, their families, physicians, and other stakeholders to foster respect and collaboration within the care continuum.

• Participate in facility meetings and contribute to discussions concerning patient care and operational efficiencies as directed by management.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Physical Therapist will work primarily with a diverse population of orthopedic patients, encompassing a wide range of conditions from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management. Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000, reflective of experience and qualifications.
