$452.88/week - Job Summary: Assist patients in providing essential daily care within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities. Ensure comfort, safety, and well-being through attentive and compassionate support. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance. Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting any significant changes to the nursing staff. Follow infection control protocols and ensure a clean, safe environment. Support residents with activities of daily living to promote independence. Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care plans. Maintain compliance with facility policies, including identification and badge requirements. Qualifications: Proven reliability and ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid CNA license in the state of employment. Ability to adhere to strict infection control and safety standards. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Demonstrated flexibility and dependability in scheduling and duties. COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation required.
