What You'll Do:

• Conduct psychological screenings and assessments for inmate/residents
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary mental health team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers
• Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans
• Make rounds in confinement areas to assess inmate adjustment and mental health needs
• Provide mental health counseling and crisis intervention when necessary
• Consult with medical, security, and support staff to coordinate patient care
• Maintain detailed documentation of assessments and treatments

What You Need:
Required:

• Valid license or board eligibility as a Psychologist
• Experience in mental health assessments and counseling
• Ability to work efficiently in a correctional or similar setting

Preferred:

• Prior experience working with inmate populations
• Familiarity with assessment tools and treatment plans
