Licensed Practical Nurse, HICU, Full-Time Position Location: New Castle, DE 19720 Sign On Bonus: $3,000 Compensation: $45-$50 per hour We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our High‑Technology Home Care (HICU®) team to provide skilled nursing care to infants and young children as they transition from hospital to home. Responsibilities Deliver one‑on‑one care to pediatric patients in the home setting. Act as an extension of the hospital care team, ensuring continuity of care. Provide training to families and collaborating health‑care professionals. Execute infusion, tracheostomy, and ventilator care protocols. Qualifications Current licensed LPN in the State of Delaware. Minimum one year of verifiable LPN experience. Experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or home‑care trach/vent settings. Demonstrated competence in infusion and tracheostomy/ventilator care (home or lab).
