We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Structured Finance to support tax equity, debt financing, and strategic transactions across our expanding U.S. portfolio. In this role, you will work directly on project financings from capital raising through commercial operation, while contributing financial analysis that supports power offtake origination, investment decisions, and M&A opportunities. This is a highly analytical role offering hands‑on exposure to complex renewable energy transactions and capital markets. What You’ll Do Own and maintain project finance financial models for tax equity and debt financing processes Support capital raising activities from initial marketing through financial close Prepare marketing materials for tax equity investors and lendersManage transaction data rooms and due diligence processes across internal teams and external advisors Validate project inputs in financial models related to revenue, operating expenses, and capital expenditures Support term sheet negotiations through financial modeling and scenario analysis Assist in preparing investment committee materials for key project milestones Provide financial analysis supporting PPA execution, procurement strategy, design optimization, and EPC negotiations Track industry trends, market transactions, and competitive activity What We Offer Competitive compensation: $110,000 to $130,000 annually + annual bonus Health, dental and vision coverage effective day one of employment Retention bonuses 4 weeks vacation + 3 weeks sick leave + 11 holidays 401(k) with 3% employer contribution Hybrid work environment $100/month phone reimbursement + $150 commuter benefit Lifestyle Savings Account and additional benefits Minimum Education Required Bachelors What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in project finance, structured finance, investment banking, consulting, or renewable energy development Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills (modeling test included in interview process) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field Understanding of tax equity or renewable project finance structures preferred Strong analytical thinking, organization, and communication skills Interest in renewable energy and the energy transition City* Austin State* Texas Job Category Accounting Job Code Accounting Accountant Affiliate Sponsor Lightsource BP Salary Range >$100,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr VetJobs
