Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM



Pay: $21.63/hour



Duration: Contract assignment through February with potential for extension based on business needs

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join a growing e-commerce team supporting customers across the United States. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, solving problems, and delivering a positive customer experience through phone, email, and chat interactions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
• Provide order status updates and assist customers with purchases
• Answer product and website-related questions
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Track shipments and communicate with shipping carriers
• Process returns, issue refunds, and provide shipping labels
• Document customer interactions and resolutions within company systems
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends and process improvements
• Support additional customer service and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Previous business-to-consumer (B2C) customer service experience required
• E-commerce customer service experience preferred
• Experience with ticketing platforms such as Zendesk is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable learning and communicating product information
• Comfortable working in a pet-friendly office environment
