Personal Training Manager

We're searching for an expert Personal Training Manager to lead and develop our Personal Training team at Crunch Stockton.

Our Stockton gym filled with awesomeness, including: state-of-the-art cardio and strength equipment, group fitness classes, Ride Studio, hiit classes (small group training), Relax and Recover area with tanning and hydromassage, Personal Trainers, and so much more!
The PT Manager is responsible for the successful attainment of fitness and supplement revenue goals in the personal training department. Ensure that all Personal Trainers are delivering high quality programs to their clients. Provide member service and support related to fitness servicing issues. Assist members and encourage their involvement in fitness services. Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue objectives. Hire, Train and develop new Personal Trainers. Regularly train staff on industry updates and teach Personal Trainers to be continually successful to ensure that all clients are trained professionally.
Knowledge of Personal Training technique and program design. Experience in coaching/motivating groups. Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Able to generate, maintain & demonstrate a friendly, enthusiastic & positive attitude. Possesses a strong member service focus.
High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). American Council on Exercise (ACE). Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES). Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Certified Strength and Conditional Specialist (CSCS).
1-2 years as a Personal Trainer/Coach preferred. Prior management experience. Consultative sales experience.
