Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager – Operations / Data Center Services
Position Summary
The EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Environmental, Health, and Safety programs that ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. The role partners with operational leaders, employees, contractors, and customers to identify hazards, mitigate risks, drive compliance, and foster a strong safety culture across all sites. This position serves as the primary point of contact for EHS matters and provides leadership in incident prevention, emergency preparedness, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Leadership & Compliance
- Promote a proactive safety culture across all operational sites.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, local, state, federal, and customer-specific EHS regulations.
Incident Management
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action programs.
Training & Awareness
- Deliver EHS onboarding and orientation programs for new employees and contractors.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
Environmental Management
- Drive initiatives to reduce environmental impact and improve sustainability.
- Ensure proper waste management and environmental compliance.
Operational Support
- Participate in customer meetings, operational reviews, and management discussions.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of EHS experience in Data Center, Construction, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Critical Facility environments.
- Experience conducting safety audits, investigations, and compliance management.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and EHS management systems.
Certifications
- OSHA 30 (Required/Preferred)
- First Aid / CPR Certification
- CHST, CSP, ASP, NEBOSH, or equivalent certifications preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
