About the Role
Alliance Nationwide Exposition is looking for a Flatbed Printer / RIP Station Operator for our LAs Vegas team.

The ideal candidate understands both sides of the print workflow: setting up files correctly at the RIP station and running flatbed production equipment with accuracy, consistency, and pride in the final product.

If you can review incoming files, catch issues before they hit the machine, set up jobs correctly, and produce clean rigid trade show graphics that are ready for finishing, we want to talk to you.

This is a fast-paced production role. We need someone who understands quality, deadlines, material handling, color expectations, equipment care, and the real cost of avoidable mistakes.

Experience with flatbed printing is the priority. RIP experience is highly valuable. If you also have cutter, finishing, or prepress knowledge, even better.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate flatbed printers for trade show, exhibit, and live event graphics.
• Set up and process jobs through RIP software for accurate output.
• Review files for size, scale, resolution, bleed, panels, and production requirements.
• Load, align, print, and inspect rigid materials.
• Monitor color, registration, image quality, curing, media fit, and print consistency.
• Prepare rigid graphics for booth signage, backdrops, wall graphics, panels, displays, and exhibit visuals.
• Coordinate with company stakeholders to keep jobs accurate, clear, and moving.
• Help catch file, material, and production issues before they become expensive problems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient print production area.

Requirements
• Flatbed printer experience required or strongly preferred.
• RIP software experience preferred.
• Large format print, trade show, exhibit, or event graphics experience preferred.
• Comfortable with rigid material handling, job setup, color expectations, and production specs.
• Able to read work orders and follow job instructions accurately.
• Basic understanding of scale, bleed, panels, cut paths, and finishing requirements.
• Summa cutter, CNC cutter, finishing, or prepress experience is a plus.
• Accurate, organized, detail-focused, and able to work quickly.
• Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
