Civil Litigation Paralegal

Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Civil Litigation Paralegal based in San Diego, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of civil litigation. Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review. Strong skills in Legal Research and familiarity with legal databases. Experience in drafting and organizing Pleadings and Motions. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Effective written and verbal communication abilities to liaise with attorneys, clients, and team members. A paralegal certificate or relevant education and experience in civil litigation are preferred. Proficiency with legal software and tools is a plus.
