Patient Experience Coordinator

Aletheia Integrative Medical | Lincoln, NE Aletheia Integrative Medical is growing and we're looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team. This is a patient-facing, active role - you're the first person patients see when they walk in, and you keep the therapy side of the practice running throughout the day. At Aletheia Integrative Medical , we practice medicine the way it should be - root-cause focused, relationship-driven, and whole-person . We integrate conventional medicine with evidence-based therapies including near-infrared light, hyperbaric oxygen, IV nutrition, and regenerative treatments. Our patients choose us because they want depth and real results. What You'll Do Check patients in and out of appointments Assist patients in and out of therapy treatments Clean and maintain therapy rooms between sessions Oversee supplement inventory and handle supplement sales Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to keep care running smoothly Address patient questions and concerns with warmth and follow-through Who This Role Is For This is a good fit if you: Enjoy working directly with people and it shows Stay organized and calm when things get busy Take ownership - you notice what needs to be done and handle it Are curious about integrative health and want to learn what we offer Want to be part of something meaningful, not just fill a shift This Probably Isn't for You If This role is active - you're moving between the front desk, therapy rooms, and patients throughout the day. If you prefer mostly desk work with limited patient interaction, it's probably not the right fit. We also need someone who is detail-oriented and takes pride in the small things. Rooms need to be clean and ready. Schedules need to be accurate. Patients need to feel cared for. If that kind of attentiveness comes naturally, great. If it feels like a lot, this will be hard. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 year of front desk, customer service, or medical office experience (preferred) Strong communication skills - warm, clear, and professional Comfortable in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Schedule & Location Schedule: Full-time, day shift, Monday-Friday. Location: In-person, Lincoln, NE 68516.
