Jose Tejas in Fairfield New Jersey is looking for a qualified Servers to join our growing team to meet the demands of our fast past, fully operational, full service restaurant. Job Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide excellent customer services
• Greet guests in a timely fashion
• Make suggestions based on their preferences
• Take and serve food/drinks orders
• Arrange table settings
• Keep tables clean and tidy at all times
• Deliver checks and collect payments
• Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
• Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines

Qualifications for the ideal candidate would include the following traits but not limited:

• Experience as a Restaurant Server
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Lunch shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Dinner shift
• Weekend availability
• Must have availability on Sundays to be considered

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fairfield NJ 07004: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 1 year (Preferred)
