Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager –
- Lead engineering team for custom mechanical/structural products .
- Design/review welded and machined assemblies, drawings, BOMs, and 3D models .
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, structural design, welding, machining, and DFM/DFA .
- Manage engineering changes, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving.
- 7+ years mechanical design/fabrication experience and 3+ years leadership .
- Proficiency in NX and CATIA required.
- Experience with steel/aluminum structures and custom equipment/heavy fabrication preferred.
